It took a while, but our DIGISTOR Portable Hard Drive finally arrived in the mail today. We got ourselves a 250GB Mac-formatted external hard drive, with multi-interface – USB 2.0/FireWire 400/FireWire 800. It’s sleek, white, and absolutely Mac-beautiful.

Our very own DIGISTOR Portable Hard Drive - Mac-formatted, 250GB, Multi-interface

Sleek, white, Mac-beautiful.
It’s a known fact that we like DIGISTOR a lot for their innovative storage solutions. We reviewed their external DVD burner before. We will see in a few hours, after we do some of our performance tests on this new baby, if this one passes our requirements of a portable hard drive.

Pretty much fits in your hand
The box contents were pretty basic: we got the 250GB drive itself, and 3 cords – USB, FireWire 400, and FireWire 800. Also included was a protection sleeve for the drive. The external hard drive itself is pretty handy, it fits in your hand, and would surely fit in one of your jacket pockets.
Watch this space for our upcoming performance test on the DIGISTOR 250GB Multi-interface portable hard drive.
